On Saturday I posted some photos to my Instagram and Snapchat stories of a muesli I was baking! A recipe I learnt from working on the superyachts.
My oh my, it is delish.
I asked who wanted quantities and was not expecting as many people to DM me as they did! I thought I would post it on here so its forever accessible!
And who knows, maybe I’ll start putting more of my all time favourite recipes up!

Granola Recipe:

200 grams oats
3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon flax or linseeds
3 tablespoons nuts (roughly chopped, I use almonds pistachios and hazelnuts)
3 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons light olive oil
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon vanilla

I am a little more generous with the cinnamon and vanilla than the recipe states. So just be sure to go with how your senses are feeling. I am constantly smelling my mixing bowl thinking what else do I need to add!
I also like to add Goji berries and dried Blueberries, feel free to add anything your tastebuds may enjoy!

Preheat oven to 180 degrees (you might find you prefer to have the oven lower and cook a bit longer so you don’t risk burning it!)

Mix together wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients.

Spread out on baking tray and bake for 20 – 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until golden

Cool on baking tray until nice and crunchy!
(could be up to an hour cooling! This is the most crucial part to give it that yummy granola crunch!)
